City Venue Management are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Swim School Manager to lead Rackley Swimming Southport This person will have the opportunity to collaborate with a large team and be part of one of QLD largest Swim School Brands.

**The Role**:
Our Swim School Managers are responsible for coordinating the Swim School program in our venues, to optimise commercial return & customer experience. You will be a key player in our customers’ journey & will need to take pride in operating such an important community asset.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- The ability to delegate, empower and engage staff.
- Strong customer service skills and an understanding that the customer experience is paramount.
- An eye for detail and the ability to translate that into action.
- Knowledge of financial management and reporting
- The ability to self-start and to have the conviction to take responsibility when in charge of the venue.
- Proficient multitasker, working well under pressure.
- Ability to ensure the safety, health and well-being of customers.

**Essential Qualifications (or willing to obtain)**:

- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) or ability to obtain one prior to commencing employment
- Swim Teaching Qualification (essential)
- Current CPR (must be obtained within 6 weeks of starting)

We have in-house trainers to run these courses and provide discounted rates for all employees.
