**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

**About the role**

This role will play a key role in developing, testing and deploying our new fresh produce replenishment system.
You will support the team in both delivering new elements of the project roll out and maintaining BAU for the elements already delivered.
Continue to work with cross functional team to deliver continuous improvements and maintain solutions post project completion

You will also:

- Manage system implementation and upgrades with a focus on continuous improvement, quality, risks assessment and stakeholder communication
- Play a key role in stakeholder engagement to identify optimisation opportunities and improve efficiencies or business results
- Develop training packages relevant to end user roles
- Provide Systems Support - SME involvement providing insight & guidance to key stakeholder groups.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities through root cause analysis and maximising use of system functionalities
- Develop and fine tune replenishment system which includes, but not limited to, settings and configuration, process automation, process simplification, network optimisation, user dashboards and user right management
- Collaborate with cross functional team to manage and deliver peak trade and adhoc events
- Collaborate with cross functional team to manage contingency and BCP events
- Provide after hours and weekend coverage as needed on rotation basis during deployment, major release, critical events management

**About you and your skills**:

- 5+ years Supply Chain experience in Retail or FMCG
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfort in influencing others and driving change
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritising and delivering on tasks
- A positive can-do attitude and supportive of other team members
- Proven ability to solve problems with unconventional solutions
