**As a Customer Service Officer, your key responsibilities include**:

- Display solid computer skills, following set processes and scripts
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Process and track orders, assisting clients with transactions and enquiries
- Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve individual and group goals
- Organise your time efficiently to meet performance standards
- Maintain administrative accuracy, complete data entry tasks, and ensure smooth client engagement

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call centre or handling inbound/outbound calls
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Skilled in problem-solving within structured guidelines
- Resilient and calm when handling complaints or challenging conversations
- Professional and trustworthy approach Call centre experience is preferred but not essential
