**Job Description**:
**What will a day in this role look like**:
A unique leadership opportunity now exists to join AECOM’s Victoria and South Australia leadership team and contribute towards AECOM’s business strategy in SA, from the Adelaide office.

As the Area Manager (South Australia), you will;
- Lead a large team of highly capable, experienced, and respected professionals in a multidisciplinary consulting environment.
- Be responsible for business performance including work winning, living our values and collaborating with our business lines and support functions of the business.
- Provide leadership and direction to our Adelaide team and as part of the VIC/SA Regional Leadership team support growth, collaboration and achievement of our financial targets.
- Utilise your strong strategic mindset and continue building a culture that embraces excellence in client service and technical delivery across a range of market sectors and professional consulting services.

**Qualifications**:
**What are we looking for from you?**
- Extensive industry experience and tertiary qualification in related discipline
- Demonstrated technical capability, commercial acumen and ability to identify innovative business development opportunities.
- Influence with your leadership skills, open communication and technical knowledge.
- Engage with multidisciplinary technical experts whilst maintaining a strong client and business focus.
