Your responsibilities will include:Driving sales, profitability, and KPI performance across your storesManaging wage budgets and expenses while ensuring strong rosters and efficient operationsSupporting merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives to maximise customer engagementOverseeing inventory and stock control, ensuring best practice across all storesLeading business reviews and implementing action plans to support growthCoaching and mentoring store leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and team performanceEnsuring compliance with WHS, employment, and company policiesTravelling to stores within your area, including occasional regional visits, with travel expenses reimbursedAbout YouWe're looking for a self-motivated, hands-on leader with:Experience in retail leadership, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare sectorProven ability to coach, inspire, and influence diverse teamsStrong financial and operational management skillsExcellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesA proactive, customer-first approach and high standards of professional presentationFlexibility and willingness to travel regularly to stores across your areaAbout Star Pharmacy GroupStar Pharmacy Group operates more than 65 pharmacies across Australia, including Star Discount Chemist, Priceline, and independent stores.
