Furnace Solutions is a unique provider of maintenance solutions for the mining, minerals and metals industry globally. Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, Furnace Solutions has branches in three states of Australia and are also established in South America. We employ 40+ full time professionals and have a consistent workforce in the field of 200 or more.

Furnace Solutions is a specialist provider of Furnace maintenance, Mechanical maintenance, Refractory Demolition, and various other specialist services utilising our remote operated fleet. Furnace Solutions have experienced growth every year since establishment.

**The position will be based at our Adelaide office** and requires regular travel to our sites at Port Pirie, Whyalla and Olympic Dam

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A strong commitment to OH&S and an unwavering commitment to safety
- Ability to deliver high level service excellence to our client via sound safety and people management
- Liaising with our clients to deliver required skilled personnel and monitor team performance
- Intimate knowledge of shutdown maintenance and mechanical projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and external stakeholders
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
- Hands on style with a strong focus on visual leadership in the field
- Collaborative and innovative approach
- A strong sense of urgency, the ability to prioritise, multi task and work proactively
- Deliver professional proposals / quotes to our client

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- Engineering or trade qualification with site supervision experience
- Previous experience working in a Mineral Processing maintenance environment in a supervisory capacity
- Relevant high risk licences as required
- Current drivers licence
- Computer literacy
- Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol
