Randalls is seeking a motivated individual looking for a role where no two days are alike. Join us as a Field Service Technician at Randalls Equipment, where you'll be on the road, in the office or warehouse, collaborating with clients and the team to deliver exceptional service.

**About the Role**:
As the Field Service Technician, you will be the face of the Randalls brand. You will be responsible for overseeing sales of parts, operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistently representing our brand. Duties include:

- Foster a robust safety and environmental performance culture across all daily operations.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, striving to deliver unparalleled service.
- Utilize market intelligence to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements effectively.
- Support the Customer Service Manager by promptly addressing reasonable requests.
- Adhere consistently to organisational policies and procedures while actively contributing to the overall management of the business at Randalls.
- On the road and travelling to visit clients, some overnight travel is required when visiting regional clients.
- Provide training to clients onsite or via the phone ability to communicate and understand our products in depth is critical.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Experienced Diesel Mechanic, Diesel Fitter or Heavy Plant Mechanic/Fitter with hydraulic and electrical system experience is essential
- Successful record of identifying customer needs, developing strategies, and providing quality customer service
- Technical competence in interpreting customer requirements & practical troubleshooting ability
- Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
