**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Contact potential customers from provided leads and introduce them to Electra Energy’s products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Electra Energy’s offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- **Sales Process**: Present quotes, address customer questions or concerns, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales manager and customer service team to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: atleast 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zen Desk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Victorian Energy Upgrades Program is a plus.
