The Store Manager role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you currently manage a retail store, or a department in a larger store and you are looking for new challenges. **About the Role**

Using your amazing leadership skills you will lead our store teams who are passionate and excited to sell our brand

**More specifically your role will include**:

- All things leadership
- As a Store Manager, you will lead our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader.
- You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and managerial administration work.
- You will be integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs.
- Administrative duties include rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.
- Oversight of store set up and close.
- Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.

**What you’ll need**:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- Skilled at leading and training teams.
- Upselling expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Not afraid to be super hands on.
- Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Manager: 2 years (preferred)
