**OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - ANNUAL STATEMENT & CORRESPONDENCE EXPERT**

Make Your Mark in Our Critical End of Year Program

Are you an experienced superannuation operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for detail? We're looking for someone special to lead our End of Year Program and correspondence management

**Reporting to the Operations leader, your day will see you**:

- Drive the successful delivery of our Annual Statement process, including overseeing the end-to-end annual statement delivery, managing critical timelines and dependencies and reviewing templates for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead operational correspondence governance
- Partner with administrators to ensure seamless execution
- Champion process improvements and risk management

**About you**:

- 3+ years in superannuation operations
- You have ideally worked at a superannuation administrator
- You've worked on the annual statement processes
- You thrive in busy, deadline-driven environments
- You're a natural project manager who gets things done
- Strong understanding of annual review processes
- Experience with regulatory compliance
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to identify and correct potential errors
