About the Role
As a concierge, you will be acting as our brand ambassador as the first point of contact for all our members and guests. You will be working in our reception and Lobby areas, providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members in a friendly and professional manner ensuring our guests are informed of Club activities and promotions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Demonstrate our Culture Values; Strong Team Player, 'Can Do' Attitude, and willingness to Surprise and Delight our guest
- Welcoming and Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff
- Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services
- Maintain legislative requirements including Club Entry, RSA & RCG standards
- Providing up-to-date information to members and guests on all club services in a courteous and friendly manner
- Providing assistance to club customers with transport, entertainment and accommodation requirements
- Handling all escalated customer queries and complaints with diplomacy
- Operating the club switchboard, answering and directing all incoming calls and paging customers over the PA system
- Work Health & Safety responsibilities
- Promoting and monitoring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance

**Essential Criteria**:

- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Efficient cash handling skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to provide an effective approach to Customer Service deliver
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional conflict resolution techniques
- Have integrity and be honest
- Ability to commit to a 24-hour rotating roster across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Must have RSA and RCG qualifications or willingness to obtain
- Rights to work in Australia
