**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and relationship management top performer currently working in a high revenue client-facing role to join IGs Premium department and demonstrate their ability to service and enhance our high value clients. The right individual will have proven success in their current role managing clietns, be an excellent communicator, a dynamic self-starter and hungry to outperform with the ability to execute client trades and manage business risk exposure.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide an excellent service to our high value clients inbound and outbound interactions.
- Over-the-phone trade execution and hedging of client trades through various channels.
- Manging client exposure to reduce the business risk to the company when dealing with Complaints.
- Identify and drive opportunities for own sourced accounts through establishing positive relationships, developing a successful reactivation strategy, and creating a powerful network.
- Manage a small book of clients, identifying and introducing commercial opportunities in order to maximise the value of these house accounts.
- Ability to manage time resource allocations according to the revenue generation of different client streams.
- Organize and attend in person and virtual client events and develop creative ways to engage and build relationships with clients across Australia’s complete geographical region.
- Provide introductory account management to new, potential high value clients assigned to your book for their first 2 months.
- Provide additional desk support to the Premium team through administrative tasks when required as well as support for inbound client queries.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of communications, meetings and business agreements with clients, logging them on Salesforce.
- Demonstrate and champion IG’s values and drive towards the company strategic goals.
Performance will be measured against operational and commercial KPIs, as well as feedback on client satisfaction and engagement.
**Required Experience**:
- At least 3 years within a client facing/relationship management role, having demonstrated consistent performance and high value service.
- Managing the demands of HNW clients and key accounts with a proven track record of achieving SLAs targeted to this core client market, and handling complaints that may arise.
- Previous experience executing client trades in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience with DMA execution across international markets (ASX, NYSE, LSE, JSE, TYO) is advantageous.
- In-depth working knowledge of the Australian CFD and leveraged product industry.
**Required Qualifications/Skills**:
- Educated to an advanced level within Finance, Economics and/or mathematical analysis.
- CFA certification highly advantageous.
- Ability to maintain an attention to detail and communicate effectively in a high-pressured environment.
- Highly proficient with client CRM software systems (Salesforce preferrable) and a working knowledge of client contact systems (Enghouse preferable).
- A working knowledge of trading platforms across the Australian leverage trading market is highly rated.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), other languages of advantage.
- Completion of the RG146 is beneficial.
- Literacy in Microsoft Office suite.
**Salary**: $72,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
