The Role*

We are looking for a Premium Account Manager with a passion for new business to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll be focused on growing premium client numbers in the world of Forex, CFDs, and related services. While you can't necessarily rely on existing Pepperstone clients for potential referrals and will need to be creative in finding new clients, you'll have the support of the wider Sales team and will be able to collaborate with them to develop premium client growth strategies.

To thrive in this role, you'll be a natural relationship builder who doesn’t shy away from picking up the phone. You understand the intricacies of trading the financial markets in addition to the complexities of trading CFDs with Pepperstone. You'll provide general commentary on financial markets and your strong understanding of trading strategies, risk management, and key market events allow you to engage potential clients and partner with them to master the trade, growing your book of high-value clients.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a phone sales environment
- Previous experience as an account manager and/or dealing with high net worth clients
- Understanding of financial markets, financial investments, and detailed understanding of various trading strategies
- RG146 Financial Services General Advice qualification
- Excellent relationship building, customer service, and influencing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to negotiate, resolve conflict and overcome challenges
- Sound decision making and critical thinking
- Proficient numerical ability; be comfortable working with numbers
- Ability to manage and proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with MetaTrader4 and cTrader software (desirable)
