About the opportunity:
As a Finance Manager at Swyftx you will be a trusted advisor, who is responsible for ensuring accuracy of accounting records, statutory financial statements, tax compliance and associated reporting and Managing investors portfolio. You will proactively drive process improvements and engage in other projects and ad-hoc analysis.

Your Task

Take full ownership of the month-end closing process and driving the timely completion

Assist the Head of Finance in managing the relationship with the auditors and ensuring audit requests are completed on time and within budget

You will provide coaching and mentorship to your team members and direct reports, while ensuring all Finance activities across the business are running smoothly, efficiently and on time.

Be responsible for finding and implementing solutions on complex issues (both financial and operational) with a constant mindset of continuous improvement e.g., day to day efficiency gains, internal control improvements and month end close process, tech/tool enhancements.

About you:
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning and the presentation of alternatives. Experience in developing financial reporting/scalable processes.

Strategic thinker with a commercial focus and strong time management skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines both personally and as part of the Finance team.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $46,607.64 - $82,784.58 per year
