Snr Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: - Demonstrated achievement in providing advisory and support services to stakeholders on complex industrial relations matters, including enterprise bargaining, workforce reform, legislative frameworks, policy development and emerging trends and issues within the public sector.- Demonstrated end-to-end case management experience with substantial misconduct, investigation and discipline matters, performance management and employee complaints. - Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, consultation, negotiation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. - Demonstrated innovative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a flexible and agile approach, in a complex, rapidly changing and sensitive environment.- Proven ability to build productive relationships with clients and stakeholders and influence these parties to achieve organisational objectives. - Highly developed communication and oral presentation skills, including the proven ability to write concise, high quality reports, briefs and other correspondence.
