This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced **Part-Time/ Casual ( required to work at least 3 days / week )** Medi spa/Skin Clinic Receptionist to support our team of other clinic receptionists, highly trained and qualified Dermal Therapists, and onsite Cosmetic nurses.

Duties include:

- Greet and farewell all guests and clients with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee all clinic bookings
- Support the entire team, ensuring they are taking and making bookings with full accuracy
- Proactively work with the team to ensure that clinic schedules are being effectively optimised and managed
- Manage receipt of stock and system entry, per the stock receive procedure
- Brainstorm social media/marketing content ideas and create and collate content

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about the beauty industry and have the ability to connect with people and make them feel special.
- **A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Receptionist or Beauty Therapist**:

- Fully Australian Working Rights
- A beauty therapy or skin therapist background is a bonus but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- Team player, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- being able to work across multiple clinics is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $184.00 - $248.00 per day
