We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our nursing agency. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and placing qualified nursing professionals in various healthcare settings. You will play a crucial role in supporting the staffing needs of healthcare facilities and ensuring the highest level of patient care is maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing professionals, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants.
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the healthcare or nursing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing roles and responsibilities, including the required qualifications and certifications.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant education qualification.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $78.00 per hour
