**The Role**
This is a **multi-disciplinary, fast-paced role** blending:
- **Web & IT support** - managing and improving our website, SEO, and digital tools.
- **Recruitment coordination** - helping fill workforce gaps in critical industries.
- **Immigration law support** - assisting with client communications, forms, and case preparation.
You’ll work **directly with the Director**, with ownership of projects and **mínimal micromanagement**. You’ll also be exposed to **AI tools, automation, and evolving technologies** that enhance how we serve clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and optimise our **website, online forms, chatbots, and booking systems**.
- Support **migration law services** with client communication and case preparation.
- Engage with clients from **diverse cultural backgrounds**, building trust and understanding.
- Meet KPIs and proactively suggest **improvements in workflows and client experience.**
**About You**
We want someone who is **adaptable, people-focused, tech-aware, and always learning.**
**A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communications—or ideally infused with law** (Migration Law, Business Law, or a related field) to better understand compliance and visa processes.
Strong **digital skills** (web management, SEO, social media, analytics).
Comfortable with **AI tools and new technologies** to improve processes.
Organised and able to **multi-task across recruitment, IT, and marketing functions.**
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Motivated by **results, KPIs, and personal growth**—you want to level up your career.
**Highly regarded but not essential**:
**Additional language skills** (Filipino, Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Nepali, or others) and cultural awareness to connect with clients from all walks of life.
Previous experience in **recruitment, education, or migration-related industries.**
