**About the Role**

Our company is on the lookout for an experienced Education Team Leader to join our team. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of admissions team. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide directions, guidance, instruction to a team of Education consultants in line with the policies at E-Help.
- Counsel students to facilitate their admissions process and visa
- Liaising with partner colleges /universities and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive in forming partnerships and establishing close bonds with universities and colleges in Queensland and Australia.
- Training other education counsellors.
- Effectively meet targets and maintain the transformation ratio.
- Should be able to increase sales by bringing in new students from their own network.
- Send timely reports on confirmed admission to aid processing incentives.
- Maintain Inquiry notes, file notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE's.

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Education sector
- Must know about student visa conditions, obligations and lodgement process
- Must be able to counsel students, find right college/university
- Must have experience in admission criteria of different Universities
- Experience across all marketing and social channels
- Extensive knowledge of Australian Education sector
- High Attention to Detail
- Energetic and inventive, with a can-do mindset when it comes to achieving company’s objectives.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive work approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
