**Responsibilities include**:

- Counselling students on study options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Handling course-related requests, including extensions, deferrals, and cancellations.
- Maintaining accurate student records and documents in the CRM system.
- Organising full enrolments for students in their chosen education institutions.
- Attending professional training sessions and industry events.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in student admissions, counselling, or migration services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Australian education and visa regulations (advantageous).
