I am looking for a driven and energetic Store Manager with a proven track record and the ability to take charge in a fast-paced and fun environment. In this role you will be able to utilise and develop your management skills, while working within a dynamic and passionate team.

**The Job**:

- Maximise performance by driving consistency in the delivery of excellent customer service
- Merchandise and manage quality speciality products and provide customers with informative
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and effectively merchandised.
- Understand customer needs to deliver the best product advice and customer experience
- Train, develop and mentor your team

**The Ideal Store Manager will**:

- Have high volume Retail Management experience at a Store Manager level
- Be passionate about motivating, training and developing a successful team
- Driven to meet store targets and KPI's
- An excellent communicator and leader
- Hands on, leads by example and has a people focused management style
- Loves hair and cosmetics
