**"Link Labor Hire"** is a growing recruitment agency, focused on hiring different labors for our respected clients.

We are looking for Store Manager who can join us immediately in the in a variety store giant to work on full-time role.

**Location: Castle Hill NSW**

**Work Schedule**: 11-day fortnight, minimum 45 hours/week

**Hours**:8:15 AM - 6:00 PM (Wednesday and Thursday: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM)

**Leave Restrictions**: No leave from October 15th to January 8th (except Public Holidays) and 2 weeks before Easter.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve efficiency and morale.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a well-organized store environment, ensuring all areas are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- **Sales & Profitability**: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze sales reports, monitor inventory levels, and manage costs to optimize profitability.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times. Address customer complaints and issues swiftly and professionally to maintain a positive shopping environment.
- **Stock Management**: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- **Financial Reporting**: Manage store budgets and financial records, including daily cash handling, banking, and reconciliation of sales. Report financial results to upper management and provide insights for improvement.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure the store adheres to all legal, safety, and operational policies. Manage workplace health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
- **Promotions & Marketing**: Implement in-store promotions and campaigns as directed by head office. Create visually appealing displays and merchandising to boost product visibility and sales.

**About you**:

- Must have your own vehicle
- Proven retail management experience
- Ability to manage ingredient inventories and to track expiry dates.
- Keen eye for details.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
