Novo Shoes Castle Towers is looking for a Part Time Assistant Store Manager 25hrs p/w minimum Sunday
- Thursday roster.

As an Assistant Store Manager you will work directly with the Store Manager to organise, plan and implement strategies to increase team performance. You will provide the Store Manager with support to ensure the operational activities of the store are completed in a timely manner, from organising incoming/outgoing stock, processing sales to generating sales reports and responding to customer concerns.

We’re looking for a friendly and ambitious professional who wants to begin or continue a career in retail store management. Previous experience in a leadership role will be beneficial but not a necessity

**Salary**: $36,247.00 - $79,518.00 per year
