**Facilities & Compliance Manager**

Looking for a challenging and dynamic role that allows you to use your expertise in facilities management and compliance? Look no further than this exciting opportunity as a Facilities and Compliance Manager based at Gepps Cross in an amazing 68,000 sq mtr Distribution Centre commissioned in November 2020.

As the Facilities and Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Logistics Operations business and Distribution Centre at Gepps Cross. You will be responsible for the delivery of facilities management services, repair and maintenance for leasehold property as designed. Your key role will be to assist site teams by providing expert assistance, advice, and coaching to managers, supervisors, and staff on the management of building operating systems, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices.

**What You’ll do**

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Develop and implement, in conjunction with key stakeholders, policies and procedures related to warehouse equipment, systems & program operations.
- Work with site Maintenance Team Leader to maintain the sites high standards & lease obligations.
- Develop, enhance and oversee daily, weekly, monthly routine program of work with Maintenance Team Leader, inclusive of site preventative maintenance programs.
- Drive continuous improvement cost saving initiatives covering energy, OH&S, service contracts, facilities management systems
- Responsible for all contractor engagements on site including inductions, JSA’s and licence verification ensuring contractors and all team members on site safety is maintained at all times.
- Ensure all OHS, company policies and legislation is adhered to at all times
- Manage and maintain emergency evacuation procedures for the whole site.

**What You’ll bring**
- Experience in a facilities management
- Experience in contractor management
- Good understanding of building systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
- Use of Continuous Improvement tools and methods
- Intermediate Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of EEO, OH&S and HACCP Regulations
