**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and define environment management practices.
- Work with the Application Support Manager, Application Integrations Manager and the Project Delivery Manager to ensure that all required environments are provisioned, patched and refreshed in the required timeframes.
- Manage environment lifecycles and oversee the interaction between environments to ensure that instances are aligned appropriately.
- Coordinate patch management and platform security to ensure that the environment instances meet the standards defined by stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor and measure environment health and performance.
- Monitor the security status of all environments and report any security concerns or risk vulnerabilities to the Security Manager.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Practical experience in creating, maintaining environments in a cloud based environment.
- 5+ years of experience working in a complex and dynamic IT Program with a focus on environment management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous exposure to software development life cycle.
- Experience with Oracle ERP cloud based technology highly desired.
- Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
