- The **Regional Sales and Coaching Manager** is responsible for leading the state team to achieve and exceed the company sales goals and objectives by executing the brand’s strategy and driving the development of direct reports and retail teams. With a passion for total beauty, you will coach the delivery of a seamless customer journey experience at counter, appropriately focusing on both new and existing products, key ranges and selling strategies.**What you'll do**:

- **Gain Market Share -** Achieve sales growth targets, KPI’s and analyse performance.
