The **Regional Sales and Coaching Manager** is responsible for leading the state team to achieve and exceed the company sales goals and objectives by executing the brand’s strategy and driving the development of direct reports and retail teams. With a passion for total beauty, you will coach the delivery of a seamless customer journey experience at counter, appropriately focusing on both new and existing products, key ranges and selling strategies. **What you'll do**: - ** Gain Market Share -** Achieve sales growth targets, KPI’s and analyse performance. - ** Leadership and Coaching - **Develop and motivate NSW Team in line with the Clarins culture and philosophy. - ** State/National Collaboration - **Partner with key stakeholders to ensure best practice. - ** Business Planning and Analysis - **Develop and monitor state budgets and financials, meet sales objectives, ensure adequate retail coverage throughout the business. - ** Partnerships - **Develop and nurture professional relationships with key retail partners.
