Great Southern Bank is about to embark on an exciting Data Transformation Program where you'll have the unique opportunity to build brand new cloud infrastructure. You'll work with a talented team of individuals who drive a supportive and outcome-focused culture in order to achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the Enterprise Data engineering function and designing and delivering to agreed timeframes and service delivery levels.
- Define, establish and embed sound IT service management practices and procedures including design, demand management, estimation, planning, task assignment, development, testing, delivery tracking and reporting.
- Work with the Enterprise Data Engagement and Delivery team to centrally manage demand, track delivery and allocate resources across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with architects, solution designers and partners to produce appropriate technical design.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong IT experience, with 4+ years in Technical Delivery Leadership managing medium sized delivery teams and functions
- Experience providing leadership for engineers and delivery teams in-house.
- Extensive experience of defining and establishing agile service delivery processes, in particular demand and capacity management, resource planning and change and release management.
- Experience in service management/incident management of enterprise critical operational systems.
