**MC Group Hotels is currently hiring a Receptionist** to deliver top-notch customer service to our hotel guests and residential tenants. This position is responsible for front desk operations, supports the day-to-day functions across two hotel locations, and plays a key role in maintaining a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Guest Services**:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Respond to guest questions and provide guidance on hotel features and local attractions.
**Tenant Support**:
- Welcome tenants and assist with needs such as maintenance requests and building access.
- Coordinate service requests and ensure follow-up.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Keep accurate logs of interactions with both guests and tenants.
**Safety & Security**:
- Oversee adherence to building safety procedures.
- Support emergency response efforts as necessary.
**Maintenance Assistance**:
- Report facility issues promptly.
- Help keep lobbies and shared areas clean and organized.
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Familiarity with office software (REI Cloud experience is a plus, or a willingness to learn).
**Additional Requirements**
- Ability to work at two different hotel sites.
- Availability for 2-5 shifts per week, based on operational demands.
- Open to weekday and weekend shifts.
- Ready to begin immediately.
- Friendly attitude and eagerness to learn.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $44,137.00 - $74,942.66 per year
