Job description:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Staff Supervision & Administration**
- Allocate duties and supervise staff (housekeeping, concierge, maintenance).
- Maintain rosters, resolve grievances, and ensure safety compliance.
- Attend the reception desk from:

- **Mon-Sat**: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Sun & Holidays**: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**2. Property & Facilities Oversight**
- Inspect and report on:

- Lighting, drainage, security, fire systems, etc.
- Building improvements and shared facilities.
- Clean and maintain foyers, lifts, stairwells, walkways, pool, gym, and sauna.
- Monitor bylaw breaches and report persistent violations.

**3. Maintenance and Repairs**
- Monitoring the coordination of cleaning, sweeping, and vacuuming of common areas.
- Helping Fertilise and water gardens/lawns (excluding hand watering).
- Engage and supervise contractors for pool maintenance and technical testing.

**4. Financial Management**
- Assist in budgeting for maintenance and repairs.
- Procure supplies and verify contractor invoices.

**5. Meetings & Reporting**
- Attend Body Corporate meetings and provide reports on maintenance, repairs, and incidents.
- Maintain detailed logs, hazard reports, and service records.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in hotel supervisory roles.

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
