A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as a Technical Specialist DWDM, reporting to the Executive Manager - Operations Support.

A bit about your role

The Technical Specialist DWDM will resolve escalated network and customer incidents, managing technical escalations with vendors and providing training to Technical Specialists and NMC engineers. You will be responsible for delivering operational requirements, reviewing designs, supporting deployment planning, assessing deployment readiness, and assisting with upgrades for the DWDM network. You will lead software upgrades, deployment of patches, and configuration changes for the support of new capabilities, technologies, and products.
