**Job Summary**

Gamma Illumination is a leading commercial and architectural Lighting Manufacturer headquartered in NSW and is seeking a Full-time Internal Sales / Customer Service person to join an existing sales team in Loganholme QLD. Well established since 1986, the company has grown to be a leader in domestic and international lighting markets, especially in LED lighting.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a good sound knowledge of customer service, be self motivated and have good communication skills. This is an inbound role and incorporates quoting, entering orders, liaising with the head office, factory, warehouse and project team, and providing delivery schedules to customers. Some store work and attending to couriers is also required.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Being on the front line it is important that you possess:

- A professional and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to develop, build and maintain relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer satisfaction focus
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as part of the team

**Qualifications and Skills**

Previous experience in the Lighting industry would be highly preferable. Alternatively previous experience in the electrical field, sales or customer service would be beneficial.

**Benefits and Perks**

The role is a full-time office position working from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

On site parking is available.

This position is ready to start immediately

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
