**The opportunity**

At Littlepay, our purpose is to move more people through better payment experiences, both in-person via contactless and online via web and mobile checkouts. The Product team sits at the heart of achieving our shared ambition, and we’re looking for an ambitious Group Product Manager to lead product direction and drive execution with a tight knit group of Product people (Product and Iteration Managers and Business Analysts) across multiple workstreams.

Working closely with our Head of Product, internal stakeholders and strategic business partners, you’ll help shape the direction of our transit back office APIs, card tokenisation and payment processing APIs and SDKs. These product offerings sit at the core of our business, spanning card present and card not present payment processing environments and are undergoing rapid growth.

As a Group Product Manager, you will be both player and coach with 3-4 direct reports spread across their respective product workstreams. Your role will bring a strategic omni-channel portfolio view of objectives and initiatives across these teams, identifying value, priorities and cross team dependencies early in the cycle. You will inspire teams with your clear vision and passion for shaping solutions that meet partners needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build strong technology partner (customer) relationships to understand, prioritise and communicate emerging needs as part of the product roadmap.
- Work closely with the Head of Product and other senior stakeholders to align the overall vision and strategy.
- Communicate the vision, strategy and objectives for a portfolio of CNP and transit back office APIs and SDKs in a bottom-up and top-down environment.
- Develop, maintain and deliver on OKRs and roadmaps in collaboration with teams.
- Identify gaps in teams and products with continuous improvement in mind.
- Measure and report on team success, performance and impact.
- Assist in defining and enforcing product support processes across teams in an environment where teams “own” and “run” production.
- Work with the Head of Product to manage team resources to deliver the right things at the right time.
- Lead, mentor, manage and hire Product people (PMs and/or IMs) to discover and deliver on the roadmap.

**Experience and Qualifications**

**About You**:

- 10+ years combined product management and product leadership experience
- Experience in technical product ownership - SaaS / B2B / API environments
- Payments background, card not present (e-commerce) advantageous
- Ability to think both analytically and strategically
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Highly organised, capable of context switching across many partners and product offerings
- Solid technical knowledge, capable of exploring and understanding technical initiatives
- Ability to influence, leaning on agile practices and frameworks
- Ability to work under pressure in a self organising, high trust environment
- Superb communication skills, ability to interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders
- High enthusiasm for developing knowledge and skills in others
