As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Morning Manager to join our team and ensure our guests have an outstanding dining experience from the moment they walk in the door.

As the Morning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our restaurant's success by overseeing the daily operations during breakfast and brunch hours. You will lead a team of talented staff, manage customer service, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team during morning shifts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff, including servers and hosts.
- Monitor and manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Implement restaurant policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of menus and promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a management role in the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Food handling certification.
- Knowledge of South Yarra and the local dining scene.
- Current RSA.
- Barista training and a minimum of 3 years working on a coffee machine.
- Be proficient in Microsoft office.
- Minimum 2 years experience in reservation booking and front of house hosting.
- Skilled in Ordermate operations.
