We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our team at our café in Middle Park. Help provide the best experience for both our guests and our team. This is an ideal position to grow your management skills and take the next steps in your hospitality career.

This is a fulltime position and must be available to work weekends.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coaching and developing the team to deliver consistently exceptional service.
- Meeting compliance requirements.
- Assisting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Experience in a fast-paced workplace within the hospitality industry (café favourable)
- Exceptional leadership skills
- A strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work on a coffee machine when covering baristas

**Interested?**

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
