Experienced Finance Business Partner required for an International FMCG organisation in Broadmeadows.

**Your new role**

A highly commercial and strategic Finance Business Partner role supporting the retail sales team. This role reports to the Finance Director.
- Provide business partnership for key stakeholders financial planning
- Provide commercial insights on the drivers of category/ customer performance and profitability, including the impact on supply chain drivers
- Ability to track, measure and adapt agreed plans to deliver on strategy
- Support the development of strategies and projects. Work with key stakeholders to drive profit, performance and growth
- Provide business insights on category, customer and brand performance and profitability, including Promotional Spend effectiveness
- Formal and regular tracking is in place for all major customers (agreed/joint KPIs)
- Develop robust financial modelling to support the delivery of commercial value
- Budgeting, forecasting, pricing and revenue strategies
- Process improvement project involvement

**What you'll need to succeed**
- CPA/CA qualified
- FMCG or retail product experience is highly preferred
- Strong background in a similar finance business partner role
- Leadership capability for the future
- Calm, driven, engaging, supportive personalities fit
