As the Stratton FP&A Business Partner, you will build robust relationships through transparency and exceptional communication whilst leading our Finance team of 5. Partnering with our CEO and the Planning & Performance team of our parent company, you will be delivering timely and accurate financial management and support to the business. In this position you will be responsible for planning and forecasting, cash flow analysis, revenue & commercial support, auditing as well as developing and leading a diverse Finance Team overseeing our payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivable and general accounting duties. Additional responsibilities including:

- Creating, implementing, and ensuring the adherence to company financial policies and procedures whilst contributing to the development of strategies
- Providing proposals and recommendations in conjunction with the CEO to the Board regarding budgets, forecasts, policy changes and developments
- Oversee the company financial operations, ensuring effective resourcing capability to deliver financial operating requirement
- Managing financial mechanisms including reporting, analysis and auditing, capturing relevant information in a timely manner
- Build and lead a team of diverse finance experts, driving a high performing culture, transparency and company values

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Extensive Finance leadership experience in a Senior Management or similar role; leading a diverse finance team and partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Demonstratable capability in end to end planning and forecasting including driver base, balance sheet and cash forecasting
- Ability to understand, guide and implement successful regulatory, compliance and risk mitigation procedures and outcomes
- Extensive experience in performing finance activities ensuring organisational financial integrity
- A transparent communicator with the ability to have robust conversations and deliver outcomes
- Degree in Finance, Commerce or equivalent with CPA/CA accreditation
