Opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading Health Care provider in the northern suburbs

**The Company**

Our client is a leading Health Care organisation providing a range of health services across Melbourne. As a result of an internal promotion, they are seeking a Financial Business Partner to support their finance team. You will be surrounded by an experienced team where you will learn from the best, further develop your skills, and gain invaluable experience. This role reports to the Director of Business Support and is responsible for providing effective financial support and advice to the stakeholders.

**The Role**

The main duties of the Finance Business Partner role will include but not limited to:

- Evaluating financial performance of the program areas financials including links to operational activity and KPIs.
- Provide detailed financial modelling and business support to divisional directors, department heads & unit managers within program
- Working closely with operational units to identify opportunities for improvements and provide expert financial advice to the business in scoping business cases
- Assist in planning and developing program's budgets and forecasts.
- Proactively advise, influence, and educate finance and non-finance staff on business management issues within the program

**Your Profile**

Relevant tertiary qualification and a part/full CA/CPA qualification with a minimum of 8+ years' professional experience with strong stakeholder engagement skills, good understanding of accounting principles and reporting & analysis experience is required. If you are result driven, a positive work attitude and outstanding verbal/written communication and collaboration skills, we would love to hear from you.
