The company has a robust accounting and finance team that supports its operations and delivers value through financial expertise.Job DescriptionThe Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and budgets.
Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Identify and address financial risks and opportunities within the business.
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to achieve targets.
Prepare and present financial forecasts and performance updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support the month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Process improvement initiatives.
The Successful ApplicantA Successful Finance Business Partner Should HaveA degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards them).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a finance context.
Proven ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Experience working in the media and agency industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
