We are looking for an interim Team Lead to manage the Integrated Research Solutions function for IQVIA ANZ, one of Australia’s leading healthcare research insights and consulting businesses. The role is a critical leadership position within IQVIA’s Real World Solutions division, with financial, operational and team management responsibilities, and involvement in designing and executing broader team strategy.

The position is available as maternity cover for a **12-month contract** with the potential for permanent employment opportunities depending on progress with business development in growth segments and new launch offerings.

Key responsibilities:

- Leadership of Integrated Research Solutions unit, including primary market research as well as syndicated research offerings. Lead research team to design, sell and deliver qualitative, quantitative, and syndicated healthcare market research projects
- P&L management for multi-million $ business
- Business development and account management. Deploy the right resources and innovation to ensure repeat and new business is generated from major accounts
- Develop strategy for entry in target growth segments
- Drive continued enhancement of key syndicated research solutions and oversee launch of new growth offerings
- Line management and career development for senior team. Lead a culture of continuous improvement and capability building.
- Identify and drive methodological innovation by better understanding client needs and latest industry trends.
- Drive continued focus on improving operational efficiency in data collection and production
- Work across the IQVIA organisation to bring together best in class solutions.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a scientific or academically rigorous background who have demonstrated a strong track record within health and life sciences consulting. Social or public health researchers may be considered (non-preferred).
