Based in the CDB this role will see you Report to the executive team as you manage a corporate portfolio of numerous properties Your days will be varied as you mange the below:

- Administer lease contracts & renewals
- Manage communication and service delivery to owners and tenants
- Rent collection, reviews & renewals
- Monthly reporting to owners/tenants & Directors
- Ensuring appropriate inspections are undertaken and all maintenance successfully completed

To be successful in obtaining an interview for this role it is imperative that you have prior commercial property management experience, immaculate presentation, a valid Licence and a passion for industry
