**What this opportunity involves**:
You’ll be joining our Property Management team in the Perth Office where you will be supporting a select group of private clients.

You will be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of commercial properties where you will be required to provide a high level of service delivery to our Clients.

Snapshot of the role;
Develop high level relationship with Clients
Day to day management of select portfolio of city fringe and suburban based properties
Regular financial reporting to the Clients, with support from internal Portfolio Accountants
Strategic management of the portfolio including generation of ideas to add value to the properties
Liaise and maintain positive relationships with Tenants

With experience in property management, and a proven track record in gaining the trust and delivering a high standard of service to clients is key to success in this role The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial as well as good financial acumen.
