**This opportunity**

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, passionate team member who is proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint to take our hybrid working experience and collaboration to the next level. You will be working closely with business stakeholders to bring the Microsoft experience alive for TPG across multiple platforms and technologies. We're looking for someone who has knowledge of the Microsoft stack, Atlassian and ideally experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.

The **Platform Owner** will guide the operation of your product portfolio, ensuring that solutions are compliant, scalable and maintainable to provide a platform that enables continuous improvement and delivery of value.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the development of the solution and/or support Solution Architects with the development of the architecture solution. This could include supervising the technical component for an RFI/RFP
- Participate in development and delivery of the technical solutions
- Gather and document user requirements and identify new features; translate business/user requirements into design
- Provide input into annual and long-range or strategic planning exercise
- Internal and external Stakeholder management

**Knowledge and experience**
- Designing and deploying Microsoft 365 services and technologies
- Experience working with PowerShell scripting, Graph API and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Knowledge of Atlassian products
- Experience with Teams and Teams apps like Viva Engage and Viva Connections
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with MS Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint OnPrem (2010,2013,2016) and SharePoint Online
- Structured thinking and problem solving
- Collaboration and Information Specialist
- Excellent interpersonal skill to influence and impact from front-line to Exec-level in all environments
