**About you**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to join a Enterprise Data Platforms team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the way our organisation works with data and analytics.

As a Technical Lead/Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading a small development team, engaging with users, and translating user stories into design and code. You will also be responsible for deploying and supporting the production system, managing and mentoring the development team, and executing the product roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical direction and hands-on development support to the team. - Manage and mentor a small development team.
- Form and execute on the product roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders and management.
- Continuously improve reliability and reduce risks around the platform.

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Relevant technical skills in React/Angular/similar web frameworks and Node.js, as well as server-side Java.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders, management, and other developers to design and build solutions.
- Comfort leading in a small-team agile environment.
- Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and self-directed with a strong delivery mindset.
