**Key Experience**:

- Managing support ticketing queue's - Jira
- Responding and managing client requirements within SLA time lines
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the production environment
- Managing user accounts across a number of entities
- Provisioning help documentation to prevent ongoing issues
- Supporting the internal team with admin support across delivery and the product itself
- Strong attention to detail, and customer first approach

This is a permanent opportunity paying between 60k - 70k + Super, the team currently goes into the office 1 day a month and there is potential to grow into a Product Owner role down the track.
