In the role of **Product Consultant,** you will report to **Head of Marketplace**. It is an exciting time to join our **Rewards and Marketplace** team that’s doubling down Customer Obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Manage and prioritise the Marketplace delivery backlog in alignment with business goals
- Work closely with Technology and Design squads to define requirements and ensure sprint delivery
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Ops, Marketing) for go-live readiness
- Track and manage dependencies and delivery risks
- Support go-to-market planning and execution in collaboration with Senior Manager
- Work with BA to ensure delivery requirements (e.g. API feeds, testing) are captured and executed
- Support BA with testing, QA, and post-launch issue resolution
- Document delivery updates and support reporting for leadership and stakeholders
- Contribute to retrospectives and continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Provide support to the Senior Manager in aligning delivery execution with Marketplace strategy
- Track platform performance and lead optimisation initiatives.
- Support new vertical from a delivery standpoint.
- Manage risk, approvals, compliance, and internal processes to unblock delivery.

**We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for the customers. You’ll need**:

- Proven years in a product delivery, digital, or project coordination role
- Experienced in working agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Exposure to regulated environments or working with legal, compliance and risk stakeholders
- Experienced in managing internal and external partners
- Experienced in marketplaces, rewards, or financial services is beneficial but not essential
- Strong stakeholder coordination and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow-through
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and delivery focus
