**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As a Perioperative Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and assigning staff;
- Demonstrating familiarity with legislative mandates, ACORN and Sterilisation standards;
- Possessing knowledge of accreditation procedures, as well as expertise in Quality/Risk management;
- Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies;
- Overseeing budgets, achieving budgetary targets, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Holds current AHPRA registration;
- Possesses Post Graduate Qualifications in Nursing, Business, and/or Management (or is actively pursuing them);
- Has at least 5 years of senior nursing experience within the Perioperative unit;
- Demonstrates strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office;
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
