As an experienced perioperative leader, with a commercial outlook looking to bring excellence, innovation and agility to our procedural areas to drive growth. **The Position*** Leads the operational improvement of commercial procedural skillsets, capabilities, structure, organisation, processes and systems.* Ensure all sites align to organisation-wide standard processes and measures of success, and develop appropriate training in support* Lead the exploration, identification and implementation of opportunities to improve standardised systems and processes to drive organisation-wide KPIs* Lead and implement communities of practice, and appropriate forums* Identify and deliver specific improvements at each site to drive attainment of procedural KPIs* Coach and support to develop appropriate skillsets and VMO relationship management in perioperative areas* Support the implementation of new and innovative systems and processes* Regularly evaluate and recommend implementation of improvements to standardised procedural optimisation systems and processes* Identify new and innovative systems and processes that could be utilised at multiple or all sites including best practice from outside SJGHC* Provide subject-matter advice and leadershipYou will have extensive experience and skills in peri-operative nursing in operational and leadership roles, with demonstrated leadership experience in procedural areas in a large organisation.
