We provide Behaviour Support Services for people with a disability of all ages, their families and service providers with the tools they need to assist people to live their best life. We work with the person and those supporting them to promote positive behaviour change in a person-centred approach.
**Qualifications & experience**
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Willing to be trained to work in the NDIS realm.
- Experience with accounting software Xero highly desirable, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
- High level customer service skills.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be authorised to work in the Australia.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Ensure Positive Rhythm meets its payroll and invoice processing obligations by managing the accurate and timely payment of wages, superannuation and invoices by providing high quality advice and support to all payroll and invoice related enquiries.
- Support Positive Rhythm to ensure the timely processing of all accounts payables and receivables in both NDIS Provider Portal and Xero systems.
- Assist the Finance Manager with end of month and other financial reports including balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of general ledger balances, to investigate and rectify any discrepancies or variations noted in such investigations.
- Support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Team by providing excellent customer service to internal clients, providing back up as required, and continually maintaining and developing own skills and knowledge.
- Other accounting and administrative duties as required.
