Are you an experienced legal administrative professional looking for your next career move? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Piper Alderman’s **Private Client Services** team is on the hunt for a skilled, proactive and client-focused **Legal Administrative Assistant** to join our busy Adelaide office.
This role is a rare opportunity to work across a **broad range of high-value matters** in **wills, estates, estate litigation and general commercial**, directly supporting two partners and five lawyers — while also **working with and being supported by another Legal Administrative Assistant**.
You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding client service to a sophisticated client base, with the variety, autonomy and support to thrive.
**What you will be doing**:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to a dynamic and collaborative legal team
- Working closely with another Legal Administrative Assistant to manage workflow efficiently
- Managing client communication, scheduling appointments, and assisting with document execution
- Supporting billing, finance, file opening and management and archiving
- Being a key point of contact for high net-worth clients - always with professionalism and a dash of humour
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience in legal administration (wills, estates and commercial preferred)
- A desire to develop your own skis and grow within the role
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident client communication skills, both verbal and initiative to get things done
- Experience with billing and legal documentation preparation
- A team-oriented mindset and a collaborative, can-do attitude
